Yosef Maksym Rudakov

Founder, CLB Cleaning. Head of AI, Automation & Digital Systems at Growmatico. Built Local Growth OS by running it on his own business first.

Why this exists

CLB stands for Clean Life Balance. The business is five years old. It started in Canada, got big, then crashed. CLB Cleaning now runs five locations across three continents, including that original Canada location, which sits quiet these days, and one still getting off the ground. Rebuilding after Canada wasn't only about revenue, it was about proving to myself that I could actually run this and make it work.

Years of hiring local SEO contractors produced backlink packages that did nothing, agencies that sold rankings and delivered spam links, and a rotation of promises that never turned into booked jobs. After enough of that, the system got built in-house: first on one location, for one business.

It worked. Rankings moved, the location started showing up first on Google and in ChatGPT, and leads started coming in. But more leads wasn't the actual fix. Jobs were still getting lost, not from a shortage of leads but from forgotten follow-up, a reminder that never got sent, a lead that went cold before anyone got back to it.

Fixing that mattered more than the SEO did. The system now follows up automatically, asks for the review, confirms the details, so none of it depends on someone remembering. Revenue in that business doubled. Ad spend did not increase by a single dollar. Same leads, handled differently.

What I believe

SEO without follow-up wastes the lead you already paid to earn. A missed call or an unanswered form costs more than a bad ad ever will. Most local businesses don't have a lead problem, they have a follow-up problem. AI is only worth using here if it remembers things for you, not if it writes copy nobody reads.

Local marketing work can't be templated. Every project runs on a different hypothesis and a different test, the method changes every time, but the same result keeps showing up: Makati sits #1 in the map pack and #1 in ChatGPT with 3 reviews, Budapest saw completed-job revenue more than double with 61. It held up outside home services too, on a friend's business in a completely different niche.

How I got here

CLB Cleaning operates across five locations, including branches in Budapest and Makati. Marketing, operations and the lead-handling system behind them are all run in-house.

That system runs on the same skills I use professionally. I lead AI, automation and digital systems at Growmatico for a multi-location aesthetic clinic group in the Philippines: CRM implementation, AI review of calls and chats, chatbots, call center reporting, SEO and Google Maps growth across locations. Before that I built AI-powered call QA and coaching systems for call centers and BPOs. Local Growth OS packages that same approach for home-service businesses that would rather not spend years finding out the hard way what actually works.
