Separate project · scoped to your business

Build the System Your Team Needs

A CRM workflow can handle the basics. If your team needs a quoting tool, call review process or connection between existing systems, we can design and build it as a separate project.

Pricing: Custom project quote after a scope review.

Projects we can scope

  • Lead and sales systems: custom stages, assignment rules, approvals and follow-up tied to your team's actual process.
  • Call analysis: conversation review, quality checks and reports that help managers find missed opportunities.
  • Operations tools: quote calculators, internal dashboards and handoffs between sales and service delivery.
  • Integrations: connect agreed forms, messaging, booking and CRM systems when their access and APIs support the workflow.

Experience behind the work

Our founder runs the lead-handling systems used in his own CLB Cleaning businesses. He also develops call-analysis tools and workflow automations for ICONIQUE, a beauty and aesthetics brand with its own 25-agent call center. Those agents work for ICONIQUE; this page offers software and process design, not staffed call coverage.

How we price a project

First, we map the people, systems and decision points involved. Then we provide a written proposal with the deliverable, integrations, acceptance test, delivery stages, handover and support terms. The price depends on the work agreed in that proposal.

A small automation and a multi-role application have different build and support costs. We quote them after reviewing the workflow. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are listed separately.

Inside Growth OS, or a separate build?

Growth OS includes the agreed core CRM workflow, up to two lead sources, routing, alerts and one follow-up workflow. Custom applications, additional integrations, advanced call analysis and new software modules receive their own scope and quote.

Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads are separate campaign-management services.
